One on One interview.The hiring Mgr. made me feel very comfortable.It wasmore like a discussion than an interview.He asked me about my likes and dislikes, my strenghths and weaknesses.he asked me what type of activities or personal relationships brought joy to my life.

What are your weaknesses and how can you improve on possibly making them your strenghths.
I was asked if I would work in any weather, be on time/have good attendance, and could lift up to 50 pounds on my own. Then I was asked 3 star format behavioral questions.

Describe a time you dealt with a stressful situation at work.
Describe a time you had to be organized well.
Straight to the point and basic questions. Tell me about yourself? How do you handle a stressful situation? Can you deal with changing weather
Then the interviewer will conclude with a typical week of a courier
Standard interview questions. You get called for interview and get asked questions about what you would do in a situation and what the results of your actions were. Answer in star format
