I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at FedEx in June 2014
Interview
I put in an application in online and received an email a couple days later to call in for a phone interview. It was basic questions about performing the job. The Recruitor then set me up for an interview at fedex 2 weeks later. I feel the interview went very well and we even had around 30 minutes of small talk after the interview questions. I thought I had the job in the bag especially since my previous job I had covered the entire area I would be delivering to. I know the streets and roads like the back of my hand around here. They told me that i would here from them within 2 weeks if I got the job or not. They told me regardless that I would be told something. Over a month went by and I never heard anything so i'm guessing someone moved up from a package handler or something and got the job. Either way I never heard anything and that was very frustrating

Interview
I Sat down with two people. I Was asked roughly 9 questions. It was basic stuff, asking how I would apply my past experience to different situations. They seemed to want to know a lot ( or keyed in on organizational skills) It was a very relaxed atmosphere. The interviewers were cool and friendly.
