There was two Interviewers, asking questions one after the other. Introduced themselves and then explained the BAR format. They then asked if I had any questions, before starting. Used B (background) A(action) R (result)

Think about a job in which you had to perform more than one activity at the same time. Tell me about a time when you were very busy and it was particularly challenging to perform both tasks at once.

Interview
7 to 8 bar format questions , with one open ended question. Two people from corporate wrote down my responses. The interview lasts about 25 minutes. Overall it was a good experience.

They use the "STAR" method of interviewing where you respond to behavioral interview questions. You respond by “showing” the hiring manager how you’d handle a situation using examples with a clear beginning, middle, and end for the scenario you present. The acronym STAR stands for –– situation, task, action, result.
