I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at FedEx (Ocala, FL) in June 2020
Interview
When you apply, know that everything is online. The number you provide on your application is the number they will use to contact you. They will ask you basic questions and they will tell you your initial starting pay and the date of orientation. They don't give interviews they hold orientations. After you are finished with the orientation they give you a piece of paper with your start date and a code to get you through the gate.
