I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at FedEx in Dec 2019
Interview
At the time of joining, the interview was purely just behavioral questions. No white board or coding necessary. I’d ask the staff there to make sure if that’s still policy. Overall though, everyone was super chill and nice. They even helped you prepare for the interview by telling you what kind of questions they would be asking.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Name a time you had a difficult problem to solve with a team and how you overcame it.
3 rounds - phone call with basic questions to see if your experience matches skill set, technical- sql, case studies and behavioral - scenario based questions, previous projects and leadership
I applied online. I interviewed at FedEx (New York, NY) in Sept 2025
Interview
an online application, a brief phone screening, and one-on-one or panel interviews (often via Zoom or in-person) lasting 30–45 minutes. The process emphasizes safety, reliability, and handling high-pressure, fast-paced environments. Behavioral questions (using the STAR method) and, for certain roles, drug tests and background checks, are common.
Interview was straight forward. Recruiter call. Phone interview followed. This was technical. Problem was pulled out of leetcode. Was an easy to medium problem. Got offer a couple days later.
