One interview with recruiter and one panel interview with 3 Managers / Human resources. They asked my motivations and I said to increase my salary and they didn't like that. I was interviewing for a SALES position. Sounds like a joke of a role

Phone screening is very easy and simple questions. The second round is a behavioral assessment with some curveball questions in there. Make sure to use prior sales experience to answer the questions rather than examples outside of sales

My interview was a panel interview of three managers. They asked the star method questions and it lasted about 90 minutes via Zoom. It was straight to the point and there wasn’t a lot of wasted time.
