I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at FedEx (Memphis, TN) in Aug 2015
Interview
Phone interview, then two live interviews. Everyone was professional and easy to talk to. Very standard interview, hard to tell how they would evaluate candidates on this but it must work for them. Clear process that seemed fair and straightforward. Turned out not to be the right fit for me, but glad to find that out during the interview.

I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FedEx (Memphis, TN) in Jan 2020
Interview
Expect to have a phone screening with the hiring manager so that they can get a sense of your background and potential fit with the team. The second round will be a panel interview with 5-6 behavioral questions. Practice the STAR method to prepare for this. Depending on what level you are applying for, there may be additional requirements like a presentation or rounds with other leaders/stakeholders.
