Face to face involving upper management and HR rep, presentation and operational based questions pertaining to position. Standard questions from FedEx people and operational situations. Simple three prong approach, what the situation was. What was your involvement, and what was the outcome.

Behavioral interview questions that are asked by a panel; questions revolve around the company's competencies for the position applied. Pretty formal with very little open dialogue. Entire interview lasted a little over an hour

Human Resource will call to schedule the interview Either over the phone or in person with a Managing Director, a Senior Manager, and a Human Resource Manager. They interview at least three people for every open position.

B.A.R. System -background, action, and result. Use a short story for each question and be specific, don't generalize. Questions are about competencies - exceeding customer expectations, business acumen, building relationships, taking initiative, and communication.

Applied online, received call from HR who went into a lot of detail about the role, accountabilities & reporting structure. Phone interview lasted 15-20 general overview of resume. Called in for first interview with HR, process started with a tour of the facilities, then brought up to HR area. Questions were behavioural based. Approximately 10-15 questions. Interview lasted 1.5 hours. A week later was called back for a panel with hiring manager and another HR member. 20 more behavioural base questions, interview lasted 2 hours.
