Applied online. Process took about 2 weeks. Had to attend a sort observation, then from there you get a email scheduling your drug test and acceptance of a background check. Got a call for an invite to a interview. After interview, if drug test and background was clear then things looked good.

What accomplishments have you accomplished so far?
Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.

No interview or drug test only background. They keep you updated throughout the process. Hr contacted me after two weeks due to weather. She described details about the position as well
