Interview
1 phone interview and 1 in person interview. I had a quick 15 minute phone screen then scheduled an in person interview a few days later. In the in person interview there are about 10 questions that are yes or no answers to determine eligibility, before moving on to the actual interview.
I was asked if I would work in any weather, be on time/have good attendance, and could lift up to 50 pounds on my own. Then I was asked 3 star format behavioral questions.

Describe a time you dealt with a stressful situation at work.
Describe a time you had to be organized well.
Straight to the point and basic questions. Tell me about yourself? How do you handle a stressful situation? Can you deal with changing weather
Then the interviewer will conclude with a typical week of a courier
Standard interview questions. You get called for interview and get asked questions about what you would do in a situation and what the results of your actions were. Answer in star format
