Interview
for apprentice position. One woman one man presumably some form of HR but both knowledgeable about the area, which was intimidating, They were nice but almost looked as nervous as i was. Questions were much more technical than i was expecting, so struggled answering them as i lacked knowledge about types of diseases for example. then i had a site tour from someone recruited to the same position last, year very interesting and everyone i met was very nice.

experience questions - then lots of other questions around knowledge of the role and some situational questions. I'd say follow the STAR method and you'll be fine, the recruiters do sift through CVs though so make sure your CV is relevant to the role
