Fever FM Associate Creative Manager interview questions

After passing telephonic interview, they called me for one to one for at least 3 times with the projects, all interviews were positive but they never contacted me after that i tried to follow up but suddenly they said we are short listing some more candidates. One should not take 3 interviews to guess the right candidate.
