I went through numerous rounds of the same interview - never being genuine asked questions instead just spoken to for an hour - too informal. The staff were incredibly conversational, which meant the process was enjoyable, but at no stage did I feel tasked. No real structure to their process.

Initial online interview with would be manager before being invited to two in person interviews with different members of the team. Invited for a final interview with the CEO (advise candidates to be flexible as had to reschedule when CEO could not make it at the last minute).
