Interview
A very straightforward process. The initial interview was over the phone with an HR rep. This was followed by another phone interview with a manager. The final interview was with multiple managers at the company headquarters.

Question 1
STAR questions mostly. Some of the questions from managers were more engineering focused but still follow the STAR format
Talk about your projects and work experience. Mainly behavior questions when it comes to a group setting. Expect questions about what you did outside of class, such as handling a negotiation with someone and solving daily life tasks.

Super casual, basic behavioral questions, simple tech questions. Definitely looked more for a cultural fit for field engineers than hardcore engineers. Application, phone screening, two interviews, and offer letter within 2 weeks.

Interview
First I submitted my info then was invited for an interview. Then I went to my interview and met some people. I did not feel it was a tough interview. Mainly had a lot of questions about safety. It was a quick process and I got done in about an hour.
