A fair interactive interview with a diverse management team. The process was lengthy. However, they managed expectations and rationalised why the process to so long. They focused on finding candidates that were a good cultural fit and not the candidate's technical skills.

Started with an Information Interview with questions to respond via email to (group interview)
The second interview was just a few candidates (less than five) and one person conducting the interview. It was discussion based and ended with a survey

Interview
The interview/hiring process at the company seemed to be much like other companies in several respects. There are three different interviews in increasing difficulty, but overall, the experience was professional and educational.
