Interview
The first interview was a small panel of HR manager and president of company. I was asked a few general questions. I spent over five hours researching the company-history, growth, technology, competitors (FEW!) and wished more specific questions had been posed.

Interview
Had two interviews over the phone where they described the position and asked how I was uniquely qualified to fit it. After interviewing over the phone the facilitators had me come in for an in person interview with their senior staff to ask followup questions as well as allow me the chance to visit their facility. All around great people and great company.
