Initial interview is a phone interview with the Human Resource Recruiter. They ask basic questions about excel. The second phase is an in person inview with the Human Resource Recruiter. This interview just asks general questions about you, your strengths/weaknesses and your background. The final interview with the hiring department manager is much like the face to face with the Recruitor.
