I applied online. I was contact by a recruiter for a brief phone interview with the supervisor of the role. I was then invited for a in-person interview at their office in Oakland, MD. It was with three individuals, the supervisor for the role, the director of IT, and a member of HR. That interview lasted about 40 minutes. The IT director did state the he would like everyone to be in office. Do not expect much remote work opportunities.
