Very easy and laid back conversation with the hiring manager about the role, the company's goals and expectations. Will ask about your experience and ask for specific examples. For my example I used spreadsheet model I built in college.

Interview
I applied online. I was contact by a recruiter for a brief phone interview with the supervisor of the role. I was then invited for a in-person interview at their office in Oakland, MD. It was with three individuals, the supervisor for the role, the director of IT, and a member of HR. That interview lasted about 40 minutes. The IT director did state the he would like everyone to be in office. Do not expect much remote work opportunities.
