Firstup Mobile Device Administrator interview questions

I had an initial phone interview with their internal recruiter. He provided a link to their demo app so I could check it out. Second 1:1 video interview with a Sr Director. Third 2:1 video interview with two people currently covering tasks for the position. Received positive feedback after all interviews. The week after the third interview I received an email from the recruiter saying they realigned internal resources to cover the role and that it will not be filled. While the interview process was mostly positive, all in all I feel like my time was wasted.
