After completing an on campus interview, sitting with two company representatives and talking through your qualifications, the next round is a phone interview where they ask you the location and type of job you are interested in. They walk through more about the company and what the benefits package looks like and ask you what your desired salary is. This was less a review of your resume and qualifications. It was more about the logistics of what you are looking for in a job. After this if you make it to the final round you will be flown out to headquarters to meet the team in person.
