Phone interview. Applied online and was contacted by HR within a day. They scheduled a phone interview with a different HR person. Phone interview was standard type of general questions you get asked, nothing very portfolio analysis related.

Question 1
Describe a time you made a mistake and what you did to correct it.
The interviewer asked basic question such as tell me about yourself. Emphasis Excel knowledge and computer proficiency. The interviewer placed huge focus on the company culture and being a team player.
Had a phone interview, which progressed to a zoom interview. It seems they already had someone lined up for the position because they asked me "shoot in the foot" style questions.
There is a very rigid interview process in which it feels like you arent given much chance to say anything that could land you the job. There is also no negotiation allowed on salary, hours, benefits, or remoteness.
