All interviews set up through HR. Initial phone interview, basic behavioral questions and phone screening. Told them that I was from the Bay Area (right next to HQ) but they insisted on placing me in their Seattle office which is apparently growing. Then flown to their Seattle office to interview. I was very unimpressed with this company. Their HR department was really weird at contacting. We would play phone tag for 3 days and then I would not hear from them for 3 weeks at a time. Called me to let me know their decision and left a vague message. I called them back several times to no response. 1 month later, I received a call from someone else in HR that they had decided to explore other candidates. I found the slow response time rather unprofessional.
