Interview
The process was thought-out and each round was more formal and required more skill than the last. First you speak with a recruiter. If you get passed that, then you speak with a hiring managed. After than is two investments consultants. One is a managed who asks CANNED interview questions and the other just chats with you to gauge your personality. There is also a role-play where you give a market update and show them how you interact with clients. Lastly, you speak with the VP of the division. This was primarily a conversation and asked a few interview questions. I thought the entire process I did very well as I had a great feeling after every section. Until, they asked me if I was vaccinated. I am not, primarily due to health reasons (crazy allergies and asthma,) and already beat covid. I also was not keen on getting vaccinated. After that I felt like the process went cold. They said I would have an answer in a week. They called me back after two weeks, told me I didn't get the job and wouldn't even tell me why. Who knows if it had to with the vaccine or not, but that's how it felt.

Overall fair questions and nice and pleasent converstions, cool team and great company - learning/development opportunities are a big plus

And I got to get to work and then I’m gonna be home for dinner so I’ll call me after
It was fairly drawn out and long. It seems they really need you to fit just one mold, and are determined to weed you out if you can't. Overall I would prefer a little more freedom in how I conduct myself.
