Applied online. Was contacted via email for an initial screening. Screening was quick and to the point, essentially making sure I was a good fit and willing to move for the position. I was then supposed to have an interview with a non-HR person, supposedly someone on the team I would be working for, but that never happened. The HR woman was almost completely incompetent (or at least appeared that way via email) and was never available whenever I tried to call, despite her emailing me and specifically telling me when she would be at her desk. After a ridiculous series of miscommunications, I decided to withdraw my application.

Phone Call, entry level, trying to get a read on how you would perform in the role. Casual conversation, good information on the role and how the hiring process is completed.
Easy so far. Meeting with managers. Getting a sense of the culture and feeling out the opportunity. Seems to fit what I am looking for. Have to wait and see if I get an offer
