I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Fisher Investments (Camas, WA) in Mar 2022
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter for this position in mid-January and within a week I was contacted to schedule a screening interview. The interviewer after this decided on the phone that I would be a good company fit and offered me a pick of a few jobs they had open at the Camas, WA location. I picked one and then interviewed with the manager of that team. In the meantime, they initiated a background check. Three days later I got a call saying that position filled, but that they are still interested and offered me another interview with a different department. I interviewed with both team managers and within 24 hours I got an email to schedule a follow-up phone call with the VP of the department. I got the job offer during this call.

Question 1
What parts of the financial services industry are you not interested in?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fisher Investments (Plano, TX) in June 2021
Interview
After two brief calls with their HR department I had a very laid back video interview with the person who would be my manager. He went into detail about the role and we discussed how it aligned with my interests.

Question 1
What's something that you felt you were missing from your previous role?
I applied online. I interviewed at Fisher Investments in Apr 2021
Interview
The interviewer was professional and friendly, but the process was inefficient. I'm an international student, and they already asked me whether I need sponsorship in the application, but the interviewer waits until the interview day to tell me the company cannot sponsor H1-B visa. I even have 3-year OPT but that doesn't help.

Question 1
There were no questions for me because they don't accept me as an international student.
