Simple phone call followed by a technical interview that asked basic finance questions and tested general knowledge of the industry. very friendly interviewer and overall average experience. Salary was non-negotiable which was unfortunate.

Question 1
Tell me how to communicate a problem up the chain of managment
The interviewer asked basic question such as tell me about yourself. Emphasis Excel knowledge and computer proficiency. The interviewer placed huge focus on the company culture and being a team player.
Had a phone interview, which progressed to a zoom interview. It seems they already had someone lined up for the position because they asked me "shoot in the foot" style questions.
There is a very rigid interview process in which it feels like you arent given much chance to say anything that could land you the job. There is also no negotiation allowed on salary, hours, benefits, or remoteness.
