The first interview was scheduled over the phone a few days after applying. The interviewer asked basic questions regarding my work experience and knowledge of Fisher Investments. The only feedback I received were "thanks for answering that" and a canned response providing an overview of what Fisher Investments is. The interviewer was cold and disinterested. The lack of verbal feedback made the process more stressful and awkward than it should have been. In my rejection email they provided no feedback per their policy. The lack of transparency and lack of care in the initial interview does not evoke confidence in the company's hiring practices.
