FitFlop Operations Executive interview questions

Had an initial call with recruiter to discuss background and why i wanted to work there. I was then invited to the second round where I had a small excel based task and answered questions. I then got the job offer but i chose to decline due to another opportunity. However I would of seriously considered accepting as this seems like a great place to work.
