Applied for the job in January, got invited to phone screen in June. The first interview they no showed, but they quickly reached out to reschedule. Interview itself was good, questions about my experience, how I would handle the role and my salesforce background. Was told I would have a follow up and never heard back from anyone or any automated message.
The interviewers were friendly and the role seemed interesting, but the recruitment process was extremely slow, taking around three months. I reached the final stage but received no follow-up or response to my email requesting feedback despite the time invested in multiple interviews. Better communication and timely updates would have made for a much better candidate experience.
The lack of communication was disappointing and left a negative impression of the hiring process.

The Recruitment process were conducted into 3 stages. First with HR which was satisfactory, The second one was with the Team Lead and professional enough according to Industrial standards. The Third and Last one was poorly conducted because of a particular interviewer's uttering inappropriate communication techniques and showing diverging contradictions from the previous two interviewers' words. It shows that the working culture within this unit needs significant improvement and while this may not be representative of the broader organization, My experience raised concerns about consistency in the interview process and the working culture within the specific team.
