Fitch Ratings Senior Market Research Associate interview questions

Applied online, had a phone screener, then had three video interviews, one with each senior team member. The phone screener was pretty standard, but the recruiter seemed rushed, it lasted less than 10 minutes. The 1:1s were pretty conversational and casual. Interviewers were honest about the work culture (occasional late nights, required to work 5-6 weekends a year). Just one technical question was asked throughout the process. Unfortunately, was ghosted after the interviews and it was a few weeks before I heard back. No performance feedback was shared.
