I applied online. I interviewed at Five Star Institute (Dallas, TX) in May 2024
Interview
The first time I applied, the recruiter reached out for a meeting, explained the role, and then disappeared without any further communication. The role was filled, and the person left within six months. I saw the job posted again and applied. She scheduled another call, admitted I was overpriced previously, but assured me it would work this time. When I asked basic questions to prepare for the in-person interview, she said she couldn’t provide the information and that I should ask during the interview. This is unacceptable; I want to be prepared. Then she ghosted me again. Avoid this place. They have high turnover and unprofessional practices. Ghosting is not normal in recruiting.

Interview
Brought me in to interview in person (after several delays on their end for some reason via online). The group seemed friendly and professional enough, but it's clear the higher ups have little idea of what they actually want in someone being hired into this position.

Interview
Long and the owner did all the talking. He never even asked me any questions. He just talked about his life and what he has done. He asked random questions like are you a banana or an orange.
