First I got a generic message that said I was not considered for the position, then I had a phone interview with the HR manager. She was nice enough, but the interview was very quick and was more like a screening than an interview.
Then I got a request to send my availability for a Zoom interview, which I did, and a request to fill out an application, which I also did. Morning of the interview, I send my application.
Then they canceled my interview 20 minutes before it was supposed to start. I was literally getting ready for the interview when I got the email that they were canceling. It was very disrespectful of my time as took time out of my day to do the interview.
I don't care it was canceled, I am frustrated that it was canceled 20 minutes before my interview was supposed to happen. I wouldn't want to work for them anyway with that kind of etiquette.
Be more respectful of your potential hires time.
