Flare interview questions

The interview process was lengthy, but understandably so. It's easy to see that a lot of people care about the company and the many factors that contribute to it. That said, every interview was followed up on very quickly and I felt very fortunate to have such a clear view of my application process.

Phone screen with recruiter, zoom interview with manager, zoom interview with department head. Simple, zoom interviews that discussed history, experience, and future desires. Very conversational based and getting to know the company and people on the team.
