Interview
Very easy interview process. A quick phone interview where you are asked some generic interview questions (why do you want to work for us, why do you think you would be a good fit, etc) as well as pitching a travel destination and three reasons why you recommend this. After this some psychometric testing is sent to you, which took about 45 minutes. This is followed by a group interview over zoom where more behaviour related questions are asked about previous scenarios in the workplace and how you worked through them.

This is a sales job and your interview will be on your ability to sell. Just knowing countries and cities isn’t enough. You must be well travelled and be able to sell
