The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Float (Toronto, ON)
Interview
1 interview with a manager then 2 easy practical technicals (1 frontend 1 backend). After that a call with the Head of Eng then the CTO. The CTO talked about himself for the first 15 minutes of the interview then mostly ignored my answers to questions so he could talk about his opinion on whatever he asked.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What's the project you're the most proud of? - This was asked in every non-technical interview.

Interview
Don't bother with the interviews. I breezed through all the technical challenges, got to the final cultural fit interview with the CTO. I was later told I didn't have the skills they were looking for, even though the Head Architect, Head of Engineering, Head of Product, a staff engineer and the hiring manager all gave me a strong hire in the technical rounds. Waste of time, generic rejection email too. I did tell them I would be working fully remote which they were OK with, I guess they didn't think I would actually make it through the process and just wanted to waste time, then thought better of it when I got to the end.

Interview
Interview process was thoughtful and enjoyable.
Started with a brief into call. The next two rounds focused on technical and behavioural aspects - but each conversation felt like a two way dialogue rather than a test, which is great.
