Interview
The head of growth & marketing was lovely and sent me an email telling me that I pass to the next process of the interview which was answering 10 questions. After that there was a 15 minutes interview with her and one of the Co-founders. Unfortunately I didn't make to the next stage but I did learn a lot from their industry and company which I like!

Question 1
There where 10 Q's but I don't remember well all but the first 2 Q's. Q1: What makes you want to work at Floraly? Q2: Do you have previous marketing experience? If so, are there particular skills you've picked up that would be a great match to the Job Description?
Sent my CV and answered a big questionnaire on why I wanted the job… was then selected to a first 10 min interview with 2 of the founders. After the first interview had a 1hr “test” to see if I was a good fit for the job. After receiving an email saying I was one of the top performers at the test, another interview booked with all 3 founders. They were 10 mins late. This was a “longer” (25min) interview where they asked more questions. Said they would contact in 5 days with a response/feedback. Never heard back from them. Sent an email 2 weeks after to ask for at least a feedback as a courtesy for all the process they made me go through and was ghosted. Never received a reply or explanation. It would be ok if they didn’t make me spend 3 weeks of my life invested in interviews and tests. Very disappointing.
