The recruiter was very good and was in constant touch, even called a day before the interview to prep for the interview. But....the Interviewer's communication was very curt...no interest in knowing about the candidate, jumped directly to the roles and responsibility. the interview was scheduled for 30 mins but it was shot down in 15 mins..Would highly recommend the interviewer's to make candidates comfortable and allow them to finish their sentences before jumping into the conclusion... For Interviewee, if you are looking forward to flat, rigid and do it yourself and 1 man/woman army, you may be the right fit..not for candiates who believe in innovation and collaboration.
