Interview
My interviewer was few minutes late, however she was really nice and calm. I left an email about the demo lesson before the interview, but got no answers back; never.
The feedback was the most unreasonable thing why I get turned down; the two interviewers mentioned they did not get any time for tasks, which is not true, half of my lesson was about exercises. Few minutes individual exercise- few minutes pair exercise. They even mentioned at the end, how they liked my lesson.
It was also mentioned my talking time as a teacher was lot, I talked 3-4 minutes to explain the material.
One thing I can accept is my English can improve, as they suggested, however, I do not believe it was that bad. I am not a Native speaker, I can make mistakes. I also wrote notes for the interview, to decrease future mistakes. For other companies, strangely, my level was good and acceptable.
My guess is I asked for a high price, however, if that is the case, they should not assess people in a way, that is not true.

Interview
Typical for online ESL companies... nothing unusual. I just did a quick demo lesson and answered questions about work experience and availability. It's important to be available during the evening hours in Poland.
Thank you for sharing your experience. We aim to keep the interview process straightforward while ensuring we find the right fit for our students’ schedules. Your note about evening availability is helpful for future applicants to keep in mind.
