The original recruiter that reached out did not state what the exact role was and just said that the CTO was growing their EA and CoS team. It would have been nice to have known before meeting with the in-house recruiter as the position and my expectations did not align.

The proccess took app. 30 minutes.
He asked general questions about the position.
But they suggested that they will record the interview to analyze it using AI.
