Multiple extensive interviews over a multi week period. But don't waste your time. This company has no integrity. Basically leads you down a garden path and then backs out at the last minute. I've interviewed multiple places and I have never had this happen before. It was shocking. As a friend said, I dodged a bullet. If they treat you this way before you even start, how do they treat you once you are there? For a privately owned company that prides itself on family members being still involved in the company's business, I was surprised and disappointed. It speaks volumes.
