Becoming a retail associate for my university’s bookstore under Follett I completed a over the phone interview that didn't take longer than 5 minutes. I was asked standard questions of my availability and nothing more in depth. Easy, quick, and simple.

The hiring manager just asked for my availability. My schedule was discussed in detail and we mutually agreed upon a start date. I also received an offer letter soon after hanging up the call. I finished all the necessary documentation and I officially received a start date. My offer was revoked 4 hours before my start time.
