Lengthy process (3 months) as Scottish Government HR processes apply. Cover letter, online task then final interview. Final interview panel was 2 people from FSS and one from another Scottish Government body.

Interview
I was required to give a 5 minute presentation on 'how I would deliver excellent customer service'. This was followed by 4 questions which I had to use the STARR approach to give examples relating to the competencies in the job advert.

Written assessment where alot of material was provided including articles, emails, statistics etc. and you had 2 hours to give a recommendation based on the information provided- using facts from the material. This was on day 1
Day 2 started with a 10 minute presentation followed by interview with the panel.
