Arrive in Dearborn, stay at the Dearborn hotel until morning. Get brought as a group to the interview location in Allen Park, Michigan, and watch a few brief videos on the company and the area. Then split up individually for the interview. Lots of behavioral based questions, based on work experience

Standard behavioral and situational questions within a 3 person ring. Phone interview, campus, talent center interview. Long time between first interview and the rest of the process. I was hoping for some uniqueness in the process as he interview was quite dull. Could use some more engagement

Interviewers were very nice, and seemed excited to talk to me. It was a first round interview. 45 minute situational interview. No technical questions. Got the interview after talking to them at their booth at a career fair. Haven't heard anything back after quite a few weeks. Overall, not a bad experience.
