Interview
Application, competency questions, Numerical & verbal reasoning tests, the phone interview, then assessment centre. Whole process was relatively quick and was completely in around 2 weeks. Assessment centre was very competitive and requires a lot of research on current and future market outlook as well as thorough knowledge on your competencies.
Need to be well prepared of the current position and have to provide relevant experience through examples.
Hiring managers are really cool and they are interested in your personality rather than the knowledge.

30 min interview with 3 managers. Basic questions and just talked about prior work experience and some scenarios. Followed up with just talking about the job and then asking if I had any questions for them.

It was a smooth process in 2 rounds. 1st is with a headhunter and the 2nd is with professionals. There were a few easy professional questions and a few personal ones to get to know you better. It was a great experience.
