They want in-person interview which waste a lot of your time. I found that they already had an internal candidate but want external interviews so they can look objective. Waste of my time.

It consists of many steps. If I sum up correctly 6 different steps and total time from the first contact to offer took about 2 months. Online logical and mathematical tests. Technical interview. English written and speaking test. Online case analysis and HR interview.
