I applied online. I was emailed a link for an aptitude test which I passed. There was a phone interview set up and the recruiter spoke very well for over 30 minutes. He said he will let me know in 2-3 weeks. It has been over 5 weeks and I have not hear back. The job status online says 'Under Hiring Manager Review' I tried calling him and there has been no response. I hope that they call and up tell me if I am not selected. He did tell me that I passed the phone interview and I was eagerly waiting for a call for the next round but I have not heard back.

Really good process, the interviewer was nice, asked questions about my background and a few technical related to my past experience and basic mechanical engineering topics, they haven't followed up but they told me they would.
It was okay I just felt like the job was a little bit too demanding and I did not like that aspect of it. But other than that it was a nice interviewer
Recruiters were so friendly and helpful. Firstly, I solved character analysis and English test. And then, I did online interview. We talked about my background job experiences, and the my ability of solving problem. They joined my interview from 3different teams and took more or less 45minutes.
