An HR representative reached out to me via phone to schedule the interview. It was in-person and consisted of a very structured set of questions assessing both personal experience and skills relevant to the role. The process only consisted of one phone call to arrange a time, and one interview; very straightforward. I was not offered the position, but they gave helpful feedback about the interview.
