Interview
First the recruiter messages you, then a scheduled call and finally an interview with the 2 directors in the office. The process is quite easy and I got accepted and went for a week, then I left because they did not have anything prepared for me and made me go when nothing was prepared (by nothing I mean work devices such as a prepared laptop with the company software, and email)

One phone screening, recruiter described information about the position, and then asked me some basic questions about why I was interested, education and previous internship background. Then the final round interview was with team of three engineers from Ford who asked various questions.

They asked about projects on resume. IE, explain technologies used in [x] project, describe the difficulties of working on [x].
The process was easy ans did not have too many steps. Th interview was not that hard the hr manager handled the interview but she made me feel relaxed and asked easy questions to get me know better

Interview
HR interview is quite flexible. Detailed interview with manager is also nice as they are open for new ideas and people. I got asked about my projects and previous internship experience. And typical interview questions such as weakness,strength.
