Applied online. Was reached out to by hiring manager. Completed a written technical assessment. Didn't hear back until at least a MONTH later, with them asking "hey are you still available"? Arranged an online technical screen. Software engineer conducting the screen was pretty cold, uninterested, and not very helpful.
